The head, neck & jaw region of the body is complex and interconnected. Due to the neurology in this area, the brain often cannot distinguish where the pain is coming from. It may feel like the pain is in one area, for example, let’s say your neck, but it could actually be coming from another area, such as your jaw.
Using specialized techniques I help you to find freedom from pain and limited mobility, and return to a place of ease and alignment.
Techniques include: Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, John Barnes Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki.
Each session will begin with a short assessment to determine the treatment plan which can include both intraoral massage (inside the mouth) and external. The first session will include a more extensive assessment so we can develop a treatment plan customized to your needs.
