Specialized Massage

With years of experience and extensive training, I offer specialized bodywork to help you to find freedom from pain and limited mobility, and return to a place of ease and alignment. 

Techniques include: Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, John Barnes Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki. 

I provide comprehensive treatment for all areas of the body, with specialized expertise in the TMJ, head, and neck. Recognizing the complexity and interconnectedness of this region, I approach each session with a holistic perspective, addressing the body as a whole to effectively resolve any issues. For TMJ issues, treatment includes intraoral massage (inside of the mouth) as well as external. 

Assessment: Each session will begin with a short assessment to determine the treatment plan. The first session will include a more extensive assessment so we can develop a treatment plan customized to your needs.
