Restore Function. Relieve Pain. Reconnect to Your Body.

Your physical body is the foundation of your wellbeing. When you experience pain, restriction, or misalignment, it affects every other part of you — your mood, energy, and even your sense of self.

Through advanced clinical and therapeutic bodywork, I help people relieve pain, restore mobility, and reconnect with their bodies as part of a whole-person approach to healing.

This work is not a full-body relaxation massage. It’s precise, targeted, and deeply intentional — focused on identifying and addressing the specific causes of your pain or dysfunction.

Each session is guided by what your body needs most that day — whether that’s focused TMJ release, shoulder and neck therapy, or fascial unwinding through the hips, spine, or jaw.

I treat the whole body as an interconnected system, understanding that pain in one area often originates elsewhere.

I treat the whole body as an interconnected system, understanding that pain in one area often originates elsewhere.

This approach is ideal for people who are:

  • Living with chronic or recurring pain

  • Recovering from injury or surgery

  • Experiencing TMJ, neck, shoulder, or arm issues

  • Managing postural imbalances or movement restrictions

  • Seeking to understand and correct the root cause, not just symptoms

Client Experience:

“I came to Jenn after months of shoulder and neck pain that nothing seemed to fix. Within the first session, I could tell this was completely different from any massage I’d had before. She immediately found the root of the issue and worked in such a precise, intentional way that my body started releasing layers of tension I didn’t even know I was holding.

What I love about Jenn’s approach is that it’s both clinical and intuitive — she understands the body in such depth, but she also listens to it. After a few sessions, my range of motion improved dramatically, my headaches disappeared, and my pain was gone. This isn’t spa massage — it’s real, therapeutic work that creates lasting change.”

My Clinical Training & Specializations

My work integrates multiple evidence-based and holistic techniques:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

  • John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy

  • Advanced Myofascial Release (intraoral and full-body)

  • Neuromuscular Therapy

  • Trigger Point Therapy

  • TMJ Specialist – intraoral & external treatment of jaw, head, neck, and shoulders

  • Myofascial Release Yoga Therapist – movement-based fascial therapy for deeper realignment

Specialized TMJ Massage

Your temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is one of the most complex and overused joints in the body — it’s where your jaw connects to your skull, allowing you to speak, chew, and express emotion. When tension or misalignment develops here, it can create a ripple effect of symptoms throughout the head, neck, and shoulders.

  • Jaw pain or tightness

  • Clicking, popping, or locking of the jaw

  • Headaches or migraines

  • Ear fullness or ringing (tinnitus)

  • Facial pain or tenderness

  • Neck and shoulder tension

  • Difficulty opening or closing the mouth fully

  • Grinding or clenching (bruxism)

I am specially trained to treat TMJ dysfunction both intraorally and externally, addressing the muscles and fascia that directly influence jaw movement and alignment.

However, true TMJ healing often requires looking beyond the joint itself. I assess and treat all the interconnected structures — including the head, neck, shoulders, and even postural patterns — to address the root cause of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms.

This precise, targeted work can help relieve pain, restore balance to the jaw, and create freedom and ease throughout the entire upper body.

Client Experience:

“I had been struggling with jaw pain, headaches, and constant neck tension for years. I tried everything — mouth guards, chiropractic care, even Botox — but nothing seemed to last. After just a few sessions with Jenn, I finally felt real relief.

Her approach to TMJ work is unlike anything I’ve experienced. She worked both inside my mouth and along my neck and shoulders, finding connections I didn’t even realize were part of the problem. I could feel my jaw start to relax and move more freely right away.

I’m sleeping better, my headaches are gone, and I no longer wake up clenching my teeth. Jenn’s knowledge and ability to help the body are incredible. This work has been life-changing.”

Myofascial Release Yoga Therapy

For many clients, the most effective bodywork begins before getting on the table. When appropriate, I incorporate Myofascial Release Yoga Therapy at the start of your session to help prepare the body and access deeper layers of fascia that cannot be reached through massage alone.

This approach uses slow, mindful movement, prolonged holds, and deep breathwork to release restrictions and open the fascial web — the connective tissue that links every muscle, bone, and organ.

I’ll personally guide you through targeted stretches and postures designed to address your specific pain, limited mobility, or tension patterns. These postures can be done at home in-between sessions to maintain our work.

No yoga experience is needed — I’ll provide all props and guide you step by step so your body feels supported, safe, and free to unwind.

Client Experience:

“I was honestly hesitant when Jenn mentioned starting our session with yoga because I’m not flexible and have zero yoga experience. But wow — within minutes, I could feel my body releasing tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The table work that followed went so much deeper, and I left feeling balanced in a way I hadn’t in years. This approach is incredible — it’s for anyone, not just ‘yoga people.’”
